AGREEMENT

• The Start of Work is defined as a mutual agreement between the Artist and the Client once an Initial Sketch and a fee has been agreed upon by both parties.

PAYMENT TERMS

• To proceed with the Commission, the Client must send a 50% upfront payment of the agreed fee.

• Within 7 DAYS after the first down payment, the Artist must produce a sketch of the artwork.

• The rates mentioned in the Commission Info are starting price, and are subject to changes based on complexity, deadline, and content.

International payments will be through PAYPAL. Philippines-based clients may pay via GCASH, BPI, MAYA, GRABPAY (VERIFIED).

REVISIONS

• Major revisions can be defined as changes in pose, concept, composition, character outfits worn, and characters included.

• Minor revisions can be defined as the inclusion of small accessories, corrections, and color changes during the base coloring process.

• Excluding lighting revisions, any extra revisions during the lineart, coloring and rendering process require surcharge starting from the rate of +20% of the total fee depending on the complexity.

• Major revisions without surcharge are limited to the sketch process.

• Minor revisions can be done freely without surcharge.

• Lighting revisions during the rendering process can be done without surcharge.

• Please keep in mind that any major revision may greatly impede progress of work, and will change the deadline.

CANCELLATION AND REFUSAL

• The Artist is entitled to the right to refuse or cancel a Commission due to instances in which the Client exhibits behavior that is deemed rude or inappropriate.

• The Artist is entitled to the right to refuse or cancel a Commission for works that incite hatred, fascistic views, hate speech, and may be deemed discriminatory towards certain identities and groups on the grounds of racism, sexism, and other forms of intolerance.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND PROMOTIONAL USE

• The Client may credit the Artist as @raiden0vitch on Twitter (X)

• The Client may opt to disallow the artist to use the Commission as promotional material. This must be agreed upon by both parties.

• The Artist is entitled to use the Client’s commission to promote their own work, unless stated otherwise.

OUTPUT, USAGE AND CREDIT

• The Client is entitled to the Artwork for non-commercial use.

• THE USE OF THE COMMISSION FOR THE TRAINING OF A.I. IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. the Artist will blacklist the Client for future transactions, and to send a warning to their peers.

• The Client shall receive two copies of the artwork. One for personal use that bears no artist signature, while the other is for posting in social media.

• Should the Client wish to use the Artwork for commercial use, the Artist may adjust prices in accordance to further agreements with the Client.

• The Client may produce hard copies of the Artwork, given that it is intended for personal use only.

• The Client may freely post the Artwork on their respective Social Media pages without permission from the Artist with the exception of art-hosting sites such as deviantArt, ArtStation, or other similar websites.

• With the above stated, however, the Client is prohibited from claiming the Artwork as their own work. Should this be violated, the Artist will blacklist the Client for future transactions, and to send a warning to their peers.
